Welcome to my marshmallow company! I'm Spencer Sprinkle, the founder and chief marshmallow maker. I started Marshmallow Laboratory in February of 2023 to share my love for craft marshmallows, fudge and chocolate confections.

It started when, like all of us, I had too much time on my hands in 2020 and I began making every sweets recipe in my grandmother's cookbook. I noticed one dessert was missing though- marshmallows! I started experimenting with making my own marshmallows and fell in love with the process. I began creating different flavors of marshmallows, using homemade marshmallow fluff in fudge and revisiting my favorite chocolate confections from growing up.

I shared my creations with friends and family, and they loved them! They started requesting more, and that's when I decided to formalize all of my experimentation into a company. I take pride in using high-quality ingredients and making everything from scratch. I want everyone to experience the joy of tasting these delicious treats that have been a hit with my loved ones for years.
